Ipsaro Farming

Ipsaro Farming is a family based farming operation which is owned by Joe Passione. The farm is comprised of 1000 acres of premium farming land located in the fertile valleys of the Darling escarpment in Bindoon, located 84 kilometres north east of Perth within the Shire of Chittering. The farm practices traditional Sicilian farming and cultivation techniques, delivering a range of quality produce using only natural pesticides and organic fertilisers.

Bindoon's reliable annual rainfall, the elevated, sheltered slopes offer an ideal location for the cultivation of citrus orchards, olive plantations and vineyards. Accessibility of quality groundwater also make the region ideal for Ipsaro's livestock farming operations of grain fed cattle and sheep.
